Before a fundraiser can touch your money
Identity check
Every fundraiser must pass identity verification before they can add a payout account or withdraw.
Every withdrawal is reviewed
A member of the Fundpeck team reviews and approves each withdrawal before any money is sent.
We can pause a campaign
If a campaign is reported or looks wrong, we can pause it. A flagged or suspended campaign can't receive new donations and can't withdraw funds.

Use Report this campaign on any campaign page, or email support@fundpeck.com.
We review every report
We review every report within 3 working days.
If a campaign was fraudulent or misrepresented the need
We will stop it and refund the donations that have not yet been paid out to the fundraiser, including the service fee and any tip you added. If the money has already been paid out, we will work with the payment provider and, where appropriate, the authorities to recover it. We cannot promise to repay money a fundraiser has already withdrawn.
How refunds work
Where the money goes
Refunds go back to the payment method you used, through our payment provider.
How long it takes
We send an approved refund within 5 working days and email you when it's done. Your bank or mobile money provider then needs time to credit it, which is outside our control.
What we can't promise
- We don't control how a fundraiser spends the money, and we can't guarantee a campaign will reach its goal.
- Donations to genuine campaigns aren't refundable because you changed your mind, or because the goal wasn't reached.
- Payment providers' own timings are outside our control.
How to make a claim
Within 30 days of your donation, report the campaign, or email support@fundpeck.com with the email address you donated with, the amount, and the date. We'll tell you our decision by email.
