Service Fee
Added to each donation and paid by the donor. It helps cover payment processing and keeps Fundpeck running. Campaign creators receive 100% of donations. Withdrawals carry only the payout provider's transfer fee, shown before you confirm.

How fees work
Service fee
Added on top of each donation and paid by the donor. It helps cover payment processing, the platform, security, and customer support. Campaign creators are never charged.
Payment processing
Paystack, Stripe and our mobile money partners charge for processing payments. Donors are not charged a separate processing fee at checkout, and none is taken out of a campaign's donations.
Free for campaign creators
Creating and running a campaign is completely free. Campaign creators receive the full donation amount — the service fee is covered by the donor.
